Termly Award Recognition

Our Values are empowering, collaboration and inclusiveness. Have you seen a great example when a member of the Union staff team (career staff, students staff or full time Officers) has lived the Values and made a really positive impact. You can use the pilot Recognition Scheme to recognise them. Any member of the Union team can submit a recognition nomination for an individual, group or team. A panel of 4-6 staff will meet each month to review the nominations and decide whether the nominee(s) should be recognised.

Awarded members of staff will be given a gift or experience voucher (not monetary shopping vouchers) appropriate to the individual, group or team being recognised. Please give an indication of what gift or voucher you think would be most suitable.
