Catering terms and conditions.
Our catering options are prepared and need to be collected from Portland Coffee Company.
Our operating hours for this service are Term time Mon to Fri 8:30 am – 4pm and out of term hours are 10:00am – 3pm, no weekend service is available.
Lead-Time for catering bookings
A minimum of three clear working days (ie: 72 working hours) is required to make a catering order. We require seven clear working days for a buffet.
Collection/Delivery
We only deliver buffets. You must book the room and have tables and any tablecloths you need in place for us to leave the food. If you require a clean down after the buffet there will be a charge of £30 otherwise you clean down, dispose of all waste, and return the trolley and all crockery to PCC. All buffets will be supplied with the necessary crockery for the numbers booked. All food is delivered for immediate consumption.
Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon teas will be ready for collection from PCC 15 mins before your order time. Please return the trolley to PCC otherwise there will be a charge of £10.
Allergens and specific dietary requirements.
Please be aware that our food is prepared in the kitchens that contain gluten, nuts and other allergens. We cannot completely guarantee that there is no risk of cross contamination.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any specific dietary requirements in advance and we will attempt to accommodate please contact us if you need help.
A full allergen information sheet will be presented at delivery or on collection.
